As a middle school special education teacher, it was so hard to find class activities that fit my students’ academic needs and didn’t look too “elementary”. No hate to elementary teachers, but my students needed a different vibe! I’ve always loved being crafty and creative, so when I started to become more confident as a teacher, I took my creative energy and turned it into fun and functional resources for my own classroom needs. I loved making digital task cards, escape rooms, pixel art activities, and maze worksheets for my students, and they loved doing them! My middle school students were asking for MORE work, and I was hooked!
